Stacey Parker will be speaking at the next Sustainability & Environmental Action Committee Meeting about Enhancing Health and Well-being through the Power of Nature.

Ms. Parker is the Director of Public Horticulture and Engagement with the UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden where she manages plant collections with community volunteers, and mentors students in the Learning by Leading internship program.  She is particularly interested in the health and well-being benefits derived from gardening and spending time in nature which is what led her to start a Nature Rx program at UC Davis.
